Skills Requirement:

1. Provide equipment factory certificate, wearing parts list, wearing parts spare parts, random tools and other accessories;

2. Electrical wiring diagrams, electrical schematic diagrams, operating instructions and parameter setting manuals must be provided.

3. All configurations must be based on those listed in the quotation.

4. Provide corresponding technical documents: "Technical Agreement", "Equipment Unpacking Acceptance Form", "Equipment Installation, Debugging and Acceptance Report"

5. Note: The XYZA four-axis is controlled by Delta ASD-B2 servo drive;

The entire control system is composed of Delta DVP-10PM motion controller and DOP-B07S411 touch screen;

Relevant auxiliary electrical accessories are all Schneider brand;

The electrical control and drive part of the flat knife is from Shenzhen Dingtuoda, and the transmission part is from Taiwan Shangyin;

The workbench structure is composed of a complete set of linear rail sliders from Taiwan Shangyin and customized screw rods from Qijian. The origin sensor uses original Omron, and the coupling uses customized multi-diaphragms.

The spindle is Qingdao TECO brake motor;

Relevant bearings are imported brands such as IKO and SKF;

The accuracy of the combing table is within 0.002mm;

The right angle surface of the turntable shaft is 0.002mm;
